The Champaign County Down Syndrome Network has set up a listserv so we can send more efficient communications and better protect the privacy of our members. Upon subscribing, you will be sent a confirmation email. The list moderator will send a separate email to you asking for your current US postal address. We require the postal addresses of our members to meet our reporting requirements to the Champaign County Developmental Disability Board (CCDDB), a primary funding source of the Down Syndrome Network.

What is the Down Syndrome Network? |
|
The Down Syndrome Network operates as a not-for-profit organization serving families with members with Down Syndrome in Champaign County. The DSN offers support to families by providing current information for parents, professionals and the general public. We also reach out to new parents and try to raise awareness of Down Syndrome in our community. |
|
Welcome to expectant parents, new parents, families new to the community, and families in the neighborhood who would like more information. We are here to assist you in any way we can. By offering opportunities to network with other parents, attending conferences, having social get-togethers and holiday parties, we hope you find a venue that is comfortable for you. We have monthly newsletters as well as meetings to keep you informed of the upcoming events and latest information regarding Down syndrome.
To add your name to our mailing list or talk with me directly, please send us your email address with your home address and phone number included. If you are an expectant parent or new parent, we have a complimentary information packet as well as a copy of the book Babies with Down Syndrome for you. Please feel free to call or email me. We look forward to getting to know you.
Sincerely, Melissa Hoerner Email:
