Early Bird Raffle Sales
The raffle baskets for the 2009 Buddy Walk are awesome! Now is your chance to sell tickets to friends and co-workers who cannot come and walk with us, but would like to support the Down syndrome network. All raffle early bird sales turned in by October 21 will count towards your team fundraising total. Any turned in after that will still be elegible for the raffle, but will not be guaranteed to count towards team totals. As an incentive to sell more tickets and get them turned in by October 21, the person who has the highest early bird sales submited by October 21 will get $20 in free raffle tickets for themselves. The contents of the baskets are listed below. Send an e-mail around the office and hang the list by the coffee machine and they will sell themselves! General Information:
- Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.
- Customers choose what basket they would like to try and win.
- Put the name and phone number of the customer on the ticket (please make sure I can read it) also put your name on the ticket.
- Put the basket number on the back of the ticket.
- Give the customer the number only half of the ticket.
- Turn all money and tickets in to Chirsty Lee by October 21 to be eligible for the early bird prize.
- Payment can be taken as either cash or check, made out to Down Syndrome Network.
Please note that there may be additional baskets and/or prizes in current baskets the day of the walk.
